Tara would like to share some of her famous coctail recipies with here. Here are a few of the most popular cocktail recipes from Tara Gillum’s craft beer and cocktail bar, Steiner’s Speakeasy:

Steiner’s Speakeasy Old Fashioned

• 2 ounces of Old Forester 100 Proof Rye
• 1 ounce orange and cherry simple syrup
• 3 dashes of orange bitters
• Stir and serve over ice
• garnish with an orange peel

 

Black and Blue Manhattan

• 2 ounces of Uncle Nearest 1856
• 1 ounce of blueberry shrub
• 3 dashes of black walnut bitters
• Stir and strain and serve in a coupe

 

When Hope Stops

A strong boozy cocktail inspired by a song written and performed by Nicholas Baker

• 1/2 ounce vodka
• 1/2 ounce light rum
• 1/2 ounce gin
• 1/2 ounce tequila
• 1 ounce raspberry simple simple
• 3 ounce lemon Italian soda
• add all the spirits together in a glass, pour in the Italian soda, and top with raspberry simple syrup.

 

Triple Citrus Vodka Collins

• 1 1/2 ounce of vodka
• juice of one lime, lemon, and blood orange
• 1 ounce of simple syrup
• add all of the ingredients into a shaker and shake.
• strain over ice and top with soda in a highball glass

 

Margarita Tohivea

• • 1 1/2 ounce of silver tequila
  • 1 ounce of Cointreau
  • house made sweet and sour
  • pineapple, lemongrass, and ginger shrub
  • add all of the ingredients into a shaker and shake, then strain over ice in a glass tiki mug
